Ketel One is wheat vodka, distilled in copper pot stills by the Nolet family in Holland, who have been at it since 1691. Wheat gives a cleaner, crisper spirit than corn.

Ingredients
- Ketel One Vodka 750ml
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 to 6 oz ginger beer
- Ice, lime wedge, mint sprig
Method
- Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
- Add the vodka and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a slapped sprig of mint.
