Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 to 6 oz ginger beer
- Ice, lime wedge, mint sprig
Method
- Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
- Add the vodka and lime juice.
- Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a slapped sprig of mint.
The one thing that matters
Ginger beer, not ginger ale. Ginger ale is a soft drink. Ginger beer is brewed and has real heat to it, and that heat is the whole point.
