Mexican · El Jimador
A jimador is the person who harvests the agave, and this is the bottle named after the job rather than a family or a founder. It is one hundred per cent agave and it is the cheapest honest tequila we stock.

The one thing that matters
If you are making margaritas for a party, this is where the maths works. You will not taste the difference between this and a bottle at twice the price once the lime and the liqueur are in.
For a pitcher, absolutely. It is one hundred per cent agave, which is the only thing that really matters, and once lime and orange liqueur are in the glass the gap to a premium bottle closes fast.
It means nothing but agave sugar was fermented. A mixto tequila can be up to 49% other sugars, and that is where the rough headache reputation comes from. Always check the label for the words.
