The Pleasant Hill corridor through Duluth is one of the largest Korean commercial districts in the south-east, and the drinks that go with that food are not the drinks most package stores stock. That is the gap we fill for Duluth.
Soju is a food drink
It is lower in alcohol than vodka, it is served very cold in small glasses, and it is poured for other people rather than for yourself. It is built to sit beside grilled meat and salty side dishes and to keep going through a long meal, which is why the bottles are small and cheap and why nobody buys one.
Soju and beer, together
Somaek is soju dropped into beer, and it is the most common thing in the world in a Korean restaurant. A light lager is the right beer for it - nothing hoppy, nothing heavy. We carry both halves.
Getting it to Duluth
Duluth sits in our outer band, so delivery there needs a larger order than the closer towns - worth a phone call before you build the basket. Pickup is always available, and we are about twenty minutes down Peachtree Industrial.
